TORUS II is a miniature tokamak fusion reactor from the future. When it was turned on in 2088 it began degrade temporally through time and has emerged exactly where it will be built. Unfortunately that location is currently halfway through a wall inside the Natick Mall. Fortunately, the reactor has been found to be mostly harmless and now provides free energy to the city.
